I had other things to blog about the past few days so I saved this one for later.  I churned out a few new baby hats a couple of days ago in addition to a few cute little headbands.  Over sized flowers are so in for little bitty girls right now.  To stick with that trend I made a few of those as well as a couple of little bows.  I think my favorite of the four is the little flapper hat.  Check them out.  I have 4 hats to go before I will be ready to start an Etsy store.  I promised Kayvan I would have it up and running by this Friday so keep your eyes out for an update with the link to the store.

I need to start brainstorming store name ideas.  I found a crochet blog that cracked me up.  The title?  “Hookin it”

Today started early.  This is another of those if you are a co-worker, you should stop here due to the TMI factor.  The nurse woke me early for my vitals and after they were done I got  up to used the restroom and noticed a bit of blood again.  I called the nurse back and she came in and hooked me up to the non-stress test.  Baby was asleep and not giving us lots of variables so I chugged apple juice as I was half asleep myself  and that did the trick.  Baby seems to be completely fine.  The doctor put in a rush order for a blood test and ordered an ultrasound for tomorrow morning so we will see what that reveals.  My guess is it will turn out the same as it did during the last incident a week and a half ago–nothing.  I kept myself awake for an hour assuming the resident would come in as soon as I fell asleep.  Once it hit 7 I assumed the resident had gone for the day without bugging me so I let myself fall asleep…and she came in at 7:15.  I had another vital check at 8 and was woken again and from 8 to 9:15 I listened to the door to the linen closet slam every 30 seconds, I don’t think I’m exaggerating, before I complained to the nurse and gave up on any sleep whatsoever.  The nurse put a sign on the doors for me so hopefully that will help folks remember to go easy on the door slams from here on out.  It has been bugging me for WEEKS!
